My Periods Are Between Every 24-26 Days. My Tubes Were

My periods are between every 24-26 days. My tubes were tied 10 years ago. I started my last cycle Sept. 20th and me and my husband have been having intercourse frequently. Today I used the bathroom and when I wiped there was a little bloody mucus. I have had 5 pregnancies, 4 live births. When I was pregnant with my 13 year old this happened and the doctors said that was the first sign that I was pregnant. Could there be other reasons for this bloody mucus. It has only happened once and we did have intercourse today so could that be part of it?
