My Periods Are Irregular And I Had Sex On June

My periods are irregular and i had sex on june 22nd , i took a digital test got positive, then took 2 other test, one in the morning got a Neg , then took another test a couple days later got a neg i also took a test 3 1/2 weeks after sex got a neg, what should i do?
