My Periods Got Delayed This Time. It Should Have Come

My periods got delayed this time. It should have come on 27 march (mine is 32 days cycle). I consulted doctor on 2 April after my HPT showed negative. Doctor prescribed me susten injection. my periods started after 2 days. Doctor had suggested for several harmones test. Is it serious? I am just 27 years and got married 1.5 yes back. I m having unprotected sex from past 6-7 months. I also had chemical pregnancy in december. Can I get pregnant
