My Periods Have Always Been Consistent Until My Last Period

My periods have always been consistent until my last period was due. It was late and it lasted longer than usual. I spotted for the first 4days. Bleed more normal but still not my usual for 2days then spotted through the last three days.so from the 5 of September till the 13th i bleed. After being about a week late. I caught the flu after about day two of bleeding. Weird because it came out if no where. I could sense it was connected to my crazy period. I have been on the implanon 5 years come November. Whats wrong with me? I want to know can i get pregnant or is it possible that i already am?
