My Periods Have Always Been Regular. I Am 36. Nov

My periods have always been regular. I am 36. Nov 4 I had a very short light cycle, only two days. Normally it's four days. My next period was Jan 23 and it was very heavy and lasted six days. Not normal for me. I went to my doc on the 29 of jan and she said it was probably a fluke. I have not had another period since. I am married and we are trying to conceive. Two weeks ago I had really bad cramps then the cramps lightened and I have had them off and on. Last weeks my breasts swelled and hurt as well as my nipples and the glands around the nipples are swollen and hurt. I'm exhausted, having headaches and unusually emotional. I have not had a positive home pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant or worried about something else.
