My Periods Started Yesterday And I Started My Dosage Of

My periods started yesterday and I started my dosage of krimson 35 the same day, I had my last period just 2 weeks earlier and I was prescribed this medication as a treatment for pcos. My periods have stopped suddenly. The discharge was brown in colour though. Should I continue with the dosage. Please respond asap.
I am really tensed.
