My Periods Were Late By 22 Days. But Since I

My periods were late by 22 days. But since I was traveling out of the country and with parents I couldn't take the pregnancy test. It was on the 22nd day that my peirods came. But all during this time I was under the impression that I'm pregnant and I thought I had a miscarriage.
But then today is my 3rd day of periods and I still didn't see any clumps or tissue clots on my pad!
Is it something serious? Please help.
