My Permanent Retainer On The Back Of My Lower Front

My permanent retainer on the back of my lower front teeth has come loose. Nearly all the glue has come off except on the last tooth on the end of the retainer so I basically have a hanging wire in my mouth. I am out of the country I received the original permanent retainer, but could either return immediately or wait 1 month until I return. What should I do now?
