My Physical Therapist Says I Have A Herniated Disc. On

My physical therapist says I have a herniated disc. On a medrol dose pack- no relief yet. Symptoms low w back pain radiating to right hip and now generalized over abdomen. Can't take NSAIDS or have an MRI.
I have non-symptomatic osteoporosis in my lumbar spine. Should I consider an alternate imaging exam.
