My Platelet Count Came Back At 134 In Routine Blood

My platelet count came back at 134 in routine blood tests last October- everything else was fine. Tests were ordered as I have been getting regular chest / throat or sinus infections the last few years - probably one or the other 3 times a year. I am due back for retesting in 2 weeks. Should I be concerned? I am a 43 year old female, non smoker and infrequent alcohol drinker.
