My Platelet Count Has Been Going Up And Down Since

My platelet count has been going up and down since December. The lowest 403 and now is 498. I have not felt good for months but they have yet to give me a reason. I just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Will they be able to see everything with those test? Should I be concerned about my platelets fluctuating?
