My Platelet Level Has Been 95 - 106 For Over

My platelet level has been 95 - 106 for over 3 months. The hgb, Hct, and RDW are high. I do not have
Hep B or C. The hematologist said there was no sign of cancer cells in my blood. Urologist said kidneys, spleen and bladder look good. There was a raw area in bladder and doctor said it was dehydration and prior smoking that causes it. I do show continues blood in urine test but not visible to my eye. My mother died in 2002 from liver disease. Dr. could not determine the cause. Can you give me any information to let me know what may be causing this and if there is a preventative.
