My Pomerian Dog (age 13 Years) Has Sewelling In Her

My pomerian dog (age 13 years) has sewelling in her abdomen and she use to bark as if something is chocked in her stomach. Dr.'s said there are infection in her lungs because of food particles chocked in her lungs. I use to give betnesol as medicine to her.
