My Poop Lately Has Been Coming Out In Pieces Instead

My poop lately has been coming out in pieces instead of solid turds.....it feels like my anus is tighter or something, like half size, so the poop doesn't come out like normal. Also it feels like i don't go as often as i should. I tried to disimpact myself, cause i thought that may be the problem, but i feel nothing except for a tighter anus. I suspect a possible internal hemmorhoid
