My Poop Was Smelling Weird As Well As Urine. Went

My poop was smelling weird as well as urine. Went to ER and diagnosis Colitis. I've been on Cipro for 6 days and noticed the poo is formed but a little yellow. No pain other than a mild pain in lower right abdomen though I had my appendix removed a year ago so unsure if its from surgery or Colitis.
