My Pregnancy Month Is 7 And I Am Taking Osteocare

My pregnancy month is 7 and I am taking osteocare tablet ( calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3) and Acefer.F tablet (iron lll hydroxide polymaltose complex and folic acid) one each tablet daily. Is there any side effects of taking these tablets? Or these are fully safe for my baby?
