My Problem Has Been An Age Long One From Early

My problem has been an age long one from early childhood. My parents had made always mocked at my mistakes sometimes with insulting names. This had made me timid till date even though am a grown up and independent, I still cannot have enough confidence to trust my a abilities. I need help please.
