My Problem Is Arms Are Paining When I Lift My

My problem is arms are paining when i lift my hands up and feel pain occasionally between elbow and shoulders only ie calf muscles only please advise me and once while cilmbing up truck i used right hand and caused little sound in nerves afterwards it staryed paining now both hands pain simultaneously
