My Problem Is Related To Nervous System. When I Speak

My problem is related to nervous system. When I speak loudly or speak for 15 or more minutes continously, I feel heavyness and load in my head. Sometimes, my head starts aching too. It seems that my nerves are week.

Some History: I have problems in my brain and eyes too since my birth. I have never ever blinked my eyes. I even didn't realize this. I am 35 years now. By chance, I got to know at the age of 27 that I don't blink my eyes at all. This problem affects in focusing on the objects and moving my eyes to either directions. Since this problem is from birth, my eyes are not trained to move my eyeballs in any direction.I think this eye problem is related to nervous system too(central nervous system).

Secondly since my birth, my short term memory is weak, I forgot things quite easily. I have tinnitus too(constant ringing in my ears since my birth;again related to brain)

Now, from the last few months, I feel like that my nerves can't take much load like I mentioned in the start. They seems to be weak.

Please suggest and let me know the solutions along with necessary tests.
