Am I Truly Safe After Stopping TDF For Hepatitis B With A Viral Load Below 20,000?

My problem is that in 2018 I was diagnosed for Hep B and I took tdf for almost 30 months after that I was advised to take a break. Now am free from taking tdf. Last check I had viral load below 20,000. How often should I check on my viral load? Will it go off completely ? What if it increases up , will it require going back to tdf in future?. Am I safe really?.
