My Problem Is That Lately And Suddenly This Thing Started,

My problem is that lately and suddenly this thing started, I constantly feel the urge to pee even though i go to the bathroom almost every hour but something is still there that makes me wanna pee.
It does not hurt or cause any unwanted strange feeling, and I do not wake up at night feeling this, its only when i am sitting doing normal activities.
please help
