My Problems Started After A Colonoscopy/endoscopy Procedure In April. I

My problems started after a colonoscopy/endoscopy procedure in April. I was put on Omeprazole for mild gastritis issues. I was taking that for two weeks during night time then I felt like something in the right side of my throat and felt shortness of breath. I went to an emergency room, did a CT scan and found normal. I came back home was stressed out and was feeling bloated and stomach upset. After reading about omeprazole online I stopped taking the drug per doctor advice. My gastritis went roof high the next few days and one night i felt like my throat is closing and end up taking zantac for relief. The next evening I was working late night and I had a terrible head/neck pain and following the next morning I started to have anxiety and brain fogginess. It feels like i am in a different world and couldnt see outside the way I used to. I went to the GI doctor and they told me its my anxiety causing all the problems. I took a break from my work went for a vacation but my brain fogginess and head/neck pain continued. I saw another GI doctor after i came back and he put me on Dexilant saying its my acid reflux causing all these. I took that for a while but my brain fogginess hasn't gone away. ENT doctor put a scope through my throat and diagnosed me with laryngesophageal reflux. Then I saw neurologist and he diagnosed with tension head ache and did one month of PT and my Suboccipital muscle is tight even after therapy.
From the GI doctor so far I tried taking xifaxan, Did ultrasound of my stomach which is normal. At this same time I noticed my HR is getting low to around 40 while I am on bed. I saw a cardiologist for that which we did Echo and found to be normal. He did a sleep study on me and found mild sleep apnea, currently waiting for CPAP machine to see if that would relieve my brain fogginess. I saw an electrophysiologist about my heart rate and even he thinks it might be normal for me since my heat rate does goes up with tread mill exercise.
My question is how can I relate all these problems to something happening in my stomach. How can i rule out a Hiatial Hernia or something irritating the Vagal nerve and causing my heart rate to goes down. It all started after I started on Omeprazole. So far I did CT/MRI of my neck, CT/MRI of my head and following with endocrinologist on a high normal calcium and somewhat abnormal PTH hormone to see if that can cause all these problems.
So if anyone has any idea on how bloating or this Hiatal Hernia can form and push on our hearts causing all these issues please let me know. Also if any other tests that i need to be done to rule out anything wrong with my stomach that would be helpful. Thanks
