My Pupils Seem Very Small To Me. I Am Indoors

My pupils seem very small to me. I am indoors in an office with normal lighting. My sinuses are congested with no discharge. I always feel as though they are slightly inflamed. My question is really about my eyes and pupils my eyes feel dry and slightly gritty. I've never had allergies until the past several years. Symptoms are annoying but not so intense as to interfere with my life.
