My Question? I Have Developed A Growth Under The Skin

My question? I have developed a growth under the skin 1 and 1/2 " above my pubic bone. It's causing discomfort, hurts slightly. It's 1/2" x 1" oblong shape. I thought it may be an ingrown hair and made a small puncture. It barely bled, no puss came out. I can move it around. What kind of doctor should I consult, I want it removed and tested asap.
