My Question Is I Have A Pretty Advanced Cataract On

My question is I have a pretty advanced cataract on my left eye. I have health complications scleroderma lupus etc. and I don't wish to go through Cataract surgery at this time. I am having trouble watching TV with the glare and driving and my eyes just feel off depth perception etc. I am also terrified of the idea of the cataract surgery. I had seen on many different websites of an eye drop called Can-c. I consider myself a pretty intelligent woman but I don't know if this is an option.
I was wondering if you know anything about this and your opinion if you've heard it help or not stop the progression or reverse the cataract which I read it could do? Please help Diana
