My Question Is Do This Sound Like I Could Be

My question is do this sound like i could be pregnant, me and my patner are trying for a baby, so my very good friend had gave me his sperm(put it in me). For like 30 to 1hour later i started to have an left ovaries bubbling and tight and my body started aching really bad and my vagina was burning also i had alittle cramp like it was my first time having an period. Also my period was ALOT then after that now it stop.
