My Question Is How Can The WebMD Magazine Jan/Feb 2016

My question is how can the WebMD magazine Jan/Feb 2016 place such a distorted photo on the front cover? The head obviously does not fit with the body. The photographic/artistic/design division all need eye exams. Why such distortion ? A scary front cover.
