My Question Is If I Had A Fusion Surgery But

My question is if I had a fusion surgery but the pain never went away then later they said the disc above is also going away if I get another surgery will the disc above that also degenerated and I have tried everything but the pain just gets worse will I end up in a wheel chair or walker
