My Question Is Last Night I Think I Had A

My question is last night I think I had a little seizure I've never had one before so I'm not sure I guess but my whole body went stiff and I started shaking head to toe my girlfriend said my eyes kind of rolled back and we're twitching in opposite directions and my eyelids are twitching and I don't remember if she told me about it and when I woke up I had a really bad headache and I guess it lasted about 10 seconds maybe 20
