My question is my daughter has hemiplegic migraines They have her on tizanidine Hal 4 mg also topiramate 25 mg 1 at bed to start the zanaflex 1 to 2 tablets. Verapamil er 360 mg at bed time and lorazepam2 mg 3 times a day at least and Percocet 5-325 as needed no more than 5 a day and tornados 10 mg 1 tab every six hours. And Ragland 10 mg 1 tab six hours.
