My Question Is This..Last Week I Noticed Minor Swelling In

My question is this..Last week I noticed minor swelling in my foot and ankle and figured it was just from my 12 hour a day schedule on my feet in a factory. Typically, I can elevate it when I get home and it goes away by morning. Now the swelling barely goes down and it's tender to the touch on my calf. I am certain that the pain is higher up on my leg than 3 days ago. No pain when I walk, just tenderness. It doesn't feel warm to the touch and the only physical change I can see is the swelling. I take is Diovan for hypertension and I am a 49 year old female.. Should I be worried?
