My Random Blood Sugar Was 415 (post Breakfast) And My

My random blood sugar was 415 (post breakfast) and my doctore has prescibed Glycomet - GP2, twice a day after meals. But I have read that this medicine should be taken before meals. Please advise on when it should be taken, and if this is the right medicine. Thanks.
