My Relative, Mrs. Tandra Sengupta, Age 48 Yrs., Weight 75

My relative, Mrs. Tandra Sengupta, age 48 yrs., weight 75 kgs., went to local doctor on 26.10.2016 having fever with RT/Reflux and abdominal trouble.
The said doctor prescribed 'AZITHRAL 500' ........OD x 5 Days along with Rantac-D......BD AC x 5 Days, Calpol 500 ........ S.O.S., Syr. Grilinetas .......... 10 ml TDS x 5 Days, Fessat N.......BD PC x10 Days

After taking 2 nos. Azithral 500 tab. the condition of the patient has become tremendous worst and now she is admitted to a private hospital and fighting with death.
Whole body of my said relative specially full front face looks like an acid burnt patient.
What is the reason behind this incident?
Kindly clarify.
Regards,
S. Biswas
