My Report Of USG Is Showing 11.6 Mm Endometrium.having Irregular

My report of USG is showing 11.6 mm endometrium.having irregular periods since December and from 17jan..spotting is going on but also on this Sunday got lot of flow with blood clots for some hours and again stopped with only spotting now..whenever wiped by toilet paper..plz reply really worried and what to do.spoken to Gynae also and she told periods vl come normal but till when should I wait as its already 15 days since I m suffering. TSH is 5.88.prolactin is 27.05
