My report of Ultrasound says :
Uterus is anteverted and has a bulky appearance measuring 123x69x46mm. Multiple uterine fibroids. The two right subserosal fibroids measure 50mm and 47mm. There is a 9mm fundal intramural fibroid. Endometrium measures 9mm and has a secretory appearance. Right ovary measures 13.8ml and is normal in appearance. Left ovary is enlarged at 96ml. There are 2 complex cystic lesions withing the left ovary measuring 41mm and 37mm and both demonstrate low wevel internal echoes and no internal vascularity. No free fluid is seen within the pelvis.
