My Resting Heart Rate Is 126. I Have Had 2

My resting heart rate is 126. I have had 2 echos. one was fine the other my dr was concerned with and sent me to a cardiologist. I had to wear the 24 hour monitor and he basically told me I just have a fast heart rate. I am 37 with kids and I really don't see that as an acceptable answer. Heart disease runs on both sides of my family so I am concerned and not sure what to do from here. Thanks.
