My results for a vaginal ultrasound came back the Myometrium appears heterogeneous. Is this normal?(Background information -I went in because my abdomen is distended (looks like I am pregnant) My stomach has always been flat, even after the birth of my children. I am 49 years old. Have four children teenage to adult age. I still have monthly periods.
