My Right Arm Has Become Numb Along With A Few

My right arm has become numb along with a few small bumps and sores and rash. Also a small rash just recently appeared on my right palm. This started a couple weeks ago. Thought was ah insect bite. not sure what it is. Doesn't appear to be getting better.
