My Right Big Toe Got Dark A Couple Of Months

My right big toe got dark a couple of months ago. I had been sealing grout so was on my hands and knees and figured I'd bruised it. It's not going away or growing out. Should I be concerned. I have an appointment with my primary doctor in a couple of weeks for my wellness check.
