My Right Breast Feels Like There Is A Splinter In

My right breast feels like there is a splinter in it . At first I could not figure out where this pinching feeling was located. But now it coming from the in side of the breast and a little t tender to the touch. Is this a bruise from my bra rubbing it. Just a guess
