My Right Calf My Right Calf Is Slightly Swollen With

My right calf my right calf is slightly swollen with two hardened areas and red streaking. Also feel a little fever in that calf. Could this be surface blood clots. If I elevate and apply a little heat it seems to go down but after all day on my feet it swells back up.
