My Right Ear Feels Full, Plugged, Preasurized, And Hearing Is

My right ear feels full, plugged, preasurized, and hearing is reduced for over a day. Now it intermittently and suddenly gets worse and I could hardly hear out of it until I gently cleared it while holding nose and adding a little preasure to release. I don't feel water but not sure what's going on and don't seem to have any other obvious symtoms.
