My Right Ear Feels Like I Have Fluid In It.

My right ear feels like I have fluid in it. When I try to relieve it by blowing my nose, it sounds like I have a whistle in my ear. I do currently have a cold/ cough right now. I have been treating it with over the counter cough medicine. I have a history of Eustachian tube dysfunction and have had tubes in my ears 4 times along with tonsils and adenoids out.
