My Right Ear Has A Ballon Shaped Filled With Blood

My right ear has a ballon shaped filled with blood . Very small I saw it when I went to visit my hearing aid specialist when he cleaned out the wax from my ear canals. Three months ago must have had another blood blister broke . Since saw a scab . But no blood came out of the ear. Year ago had blood on my pillo from my ear. What could be the cause ? What could be the cause no pain at all.
