My Right Ear Has Had A Beeping Sound All Day

My right ear has had a beeping sound all day and I have no idea why. I have been taking fluoxicillin (I think that's how it is spelt) and since today this has been happening. It's really irritating, is there any reason as to why this is happening or how to stop it?
