My Right Ear Is Ringing. It’s Been Ringing Since Tiesday

My right ear is ringing. It’s been ringing since Tiesday because I have the flu. I took a bath because I had a headache and I got water in my ear and I think watt could still be in there. It’s a high pitch ring that I don’t hear when I’m focusing on something but when I think about it or I’m in silence I can hear it.
