My Right Ear Pops When I Blink. It Also Feels

My right ear pops when I blink. It also feels clogged and this only happens at night every night. I had an ear infection four months ago but that should have gone away by now. The only reason it's is really bothering me is now it hurts and I can t hear at all. I'm 14.
