Should I Wear Glasses For Short Sight In My Right Eye If I’m Still Experiencing Headaches After LASIK Surgery?

My right eye has a number of +0.5 and left eye has a number of -2. I was facing headaches. So, I had undergone a Lasik surgery for my left one. However, my right eye still has a number of +0.5 fow hich I was not recommended the Lasik. I am still having headaches on the top of the head and above ears. Should I wear specs for +0.5 power in right eye?
