My Right Eye Has Been Twitching Since Last Friday. I

My right eye has been twitching since last Friday. I previously went to my neurologist because ///////I was experiencing numbness to the right side of my face. I've had 2 previous strokes, in 2005 and 2012. Last week I had an MRI and MRA performed. Both were negative. My neurologist informed me that there were no remarkable changes since my 2012 stroke, however she prescribed Gabapentin to make me comfortable. I'd rather have a diagnosis than a pill. Can you help me?
