My Right Eye Is Swollen In The Corner Above The

My right eye is swollen in the corner above the tear duct. Ive always had problems with my sinuses and now im having hormonal problems. Could those have anything to do with that. Ive been to the dr. and they said it was probably an eye infection and gave me an antibiotic cream to put in it, but it hasnt helped.
